Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Aduria, including its Discord server directory, account features, listings, favorites, reports, and moderation tools.
Effective and last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Aduria, you agree to these Terms and the Community Rules. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
When you submit a server, Aduria records the version and time of the legal terms you accepted. Account registration may also require express acceptance through the authentication interface.
If you use Aduria on behalf of an organization or Discord community, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Aduria. If the law where you live or Discord's rules require a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. If you are not legally able to enter into these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them where permitted by law.
3. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting access to your authentication method.
- You must notify us promptly at hello@aduria.eu if you believe your account or listing has been accessed without authorization.
- You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse an account to evade moderation or platform restrictions.
Authentication and account security are provided through Clerk. Availability of a particular sign-in method may depend on Clerk, Discord, or another identity provider.
4. Server listings
You may submit a Discord server only if you have permission to represent or promote it. Listing information must be accurate, lawful, safe for the intended audience, and consistent with the Community Rules.
Invite links must remain valid and point to the listed server. Aduria may retrieve public server metadata from Discord, including the server name, icon, approximate member count, and approximate online count, and may refresh that information automatically.
Submitting a listing does not guarantee approval, publication, verification, promotion, traffic, members, or partnership opportunities. Duplicate or misleading listings may be rejected or removed.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Aduria a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, moderation records, disputes, legal compliance, or content already shared outside Aduria.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required for submitted names, descriptions, images, invite links, and other content, and that the content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not use Aduria to:
- promote scams, phishing, malware, illegal goods or services, deceptive redirects, or unsafe communities;
- submit adult-only, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, abusive, or unlawfully discriminatory content;
- impersonate another person or community, misrepresent authorization, manipulate statistics, or submit fraudulent reports;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent the service, security controls, rate limits, moderation, or access restrictions;
- collect personal data from Aduria users without a lawful basis or use the service for unsolicited bulk messaging;
- violate applicable law, Discord's applicable terms and policies, or the rights of another person.
7. Moderation and enforcement
Aduria may review, approve, reject, edit the status of, deactivate, or remove listings and promotions when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to reports, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. We may restrict or suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
Moderation decisions may rely on submitted information, public Discord metadata, user reports, and available technical evidence. Reports must be made honestly and must not be used to harass competitors or disrupt legitimate communities.
Reports and content restrictions are currently reviewed by a person; Aduria does not use automated systems to make removal decisions. Where contact information is available, we aim to provide a meaningful reason for the decision, subject to legal, safety, and confidentiality limits.
You may request a review by emailing hello@aduria.eu with the report reference and your reasons. Reporting instructions and the service contact point are available in the Legal Notice. We do not guarantee that every decision will be reversed or that removed content will be restored.
8. Third-party services and Discord
Aduria contains links to Discord servers and depends on third-party services including Discord, Clerk, Supabase, and Vercel. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control Discord communities, their members, content, moderation, availability, or privacy practices.
Opening an invite takes you away from Aduria. You are responsible for deciding whether to join or interact with a community and should review its rules and safety practices first.
Aduria is an independent directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
9. Aduria intellectual property
Except for user content and third-party materials, the Aduria name, site design, software, text, graphics, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to use Aduria branding in a misleading manner.
You may use the service for its intended personal or community-management purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit substantial parts of Aduria without prior written permission.
10. Service availability and changes
Aduria may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, permanent storage, or continued compatibility with third-party services.
Server statistics are approximate and supplied by Discord. They may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate and must not be treated as audited measurements.
11. Termination
You may stop using Aduria at any time and may delete listings you own through available account tools. Account deletion is managed through the account provider. Some anonymized or moderation-related records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access, or deactivate content, when reasonably necessary for violations, security risks, legal requirements, discontinued service, or protection of users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers
Aduria is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
We do not endorse or verify every statement made by a listing owner and do not guarantee the safety, quality, legitimacy, or conduct of any Discord server or member. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aduria and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits, reputation, data, opportunities, or partnerships, or harm caused by third-party communities or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Mandatory rights available to consumers remain unaffected.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without excluding mandatory protections granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes that cannot be settled informally.
Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us with a description of the issue so both sides can attempt to resolve it reasonably. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator, consumer authority, or court where permitted by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The current version and revision date will be published on this page. If a material change affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Contact and operator
Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@aduria.eu.
