For service questions, account issues, moderation enquiries, or legal correspondence, email hello@aduria.eu. Privacy and data-protection requests should be sent to privacy@aduria.eu.

Use the “Report this listing” control on the relevant server page. It is available without an account and allows you to identify the content, explain the issue, provide contact details for a legal notice, and receive a reference number.

A notice should identify the specific listing or content, explain why it is unlawful or infringes a right, and include accurate information submitted in good faith. Urgent concerns may also be sent to hello@aduria.eu.

Reports and moderation decisions are reviewed by a person. Aduria does not currently use automated systems to make content-removal decisions. Depending on the outcome, a listing may remain available, be restricted, or be deactivated.

To request a review of a moderation decision, email hello@aduria.eu with the report reference, the decision being challenged, and the reasons for your request. Abuse of the reporting process may itself lead to restrictions.
